Q1. What is a WiFi repeater?
A1. A WiFi repeater also known as WiFi booster or WiFi extender is a small device which is used to extend your current WiFi coverage, so for example if your bedroom is too far from the router, plugging the repeater in your power outlet half way from the router, closer to your bedroom will allow a better and more stable internet connection.
Q2. What is the WiFi speed of this repeater?
A2. The speed depend on the main WiFi router which you have. If your router is dual band 2.4G & 5G WiFi signal, then the Repeater can only receive 2.4G WiFi signal, and give only 2.4G WiFi speed.
Q3. Can't connect to internet after finished setting?
A3. Please check whether you enter the same password as your router, and check is there any special characters in it, such as ~!@#$%^&*(). If yes, please change your router password. Repeater cannot identify special characters.
Q4. How to reset the repeater?
A4. Please long press the reset button for 10 seconds under powered. (NOT WPS button, the reset button is located on the side)
Q5. What are the shipping times for your products?
A5. We take 2-4 days to process your order and then 20 to 40 days to deliver it to you. Long delivery is due to high demand and to the current situation of COVID-19, however you can track your order at any time and this delivery is entirely FREE.
Q6. Where do you ship your product from?
A6. Our offices are located in Birmingham, England. However our international warehouse is located in China.
Q7.I received a damaged item. What can I do?
A7. We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item in question at the email address: team@currce.com or via the 'Contact Us' page and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
Q8. I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?
A8. We apologise for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can however trace your order and see where it is at any time. Q9. Some items are missing from my order, what is happening?
A9. Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If, for example, it contains articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
Q10. Do you provide product tracking / tracking information?
A10. Yes, as soon as we ship your product the tracking number will be automatically sent to you via email.
Q11. What is UK Plug and EU Plug?
A11. These are the type of plugs used in different countries. UK Plug, also known as type G plug is used in many countries such as the United Kingdom or the United Arab Emirates.
